The product

phASE is the automotive floor. Pronounced phase. The feed, live rooms, and Nitro. Nitro is a specialist, not a license, not the official ASE test, and not a substitute for shop procedures, OEM information, or a live car. You are responsible for the repair you quote.

Age

You must be 16 or older to create an account.

Plans and billing

The feed is free. Nitro is $9.99 a month or $99 a year. Ads are a one-time buy for the weeks on the screen. Tips and creator subscriptions pay the creator. Phase keeps 15 percent of that after the store’s cut. The price and the period are on the screen before you confirm.

Nitro renews until you cancel. $9.99 a month, or $99 a year, charged when you confirm. The same price is charged again within 24 hours before the period ends, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before then. On an iPhone, cancel in Settings, Apple ID, Subscriptions. On Android, cancel in Google Play, Payments and subscriptions. On the web, cancel from your profile. Any free trial left, if one is offered, is forfeited when the paid period starts.

Cancel anytime. You keep Nitro or the ad through the period you already paid. The cancellation starts when that period ends. It does not cut the period short and it does not return that money.

Nitro answers, generated clips, and any other AI output are delivered when they are made. Phase does not refund them.

A second charge for the same purchase is not a sale. That extra charge is reversed to the same card. You do not open a ticket and you do not call the bank.

An iPhone purchase is billed by Apple to your Apple ID. Apple may refund under Apple’s own policy. Phase does not decide that. An Android purchase is billed by Google Play. Google may refund under Google’s own policy. Phase does not decide that. A website purchase is billed by Stripe and is final, except a duplicate charge.

A preview build may turn Nitro on without a charge. That is not a store purchase. There is no school fee and no merch counter on this site.

Your posts

You own what you write. You give us a license to show it in the app. No scams, no stolen VINs, no harassment, no illegal parts, no content that sexualizes minors. We can remove a post or an account that breaks this. See Community.

Ride Cards

Hash and last six only on the face. You warrant the VIN is a vehicle you are allowed to identify. We are not a title clerk.
